This book of recipes was created in December 2020 by the University of Cincinnati Press. University of Cincinnati Library employees share favorite dishes from snacks to desserts with colleagues. In a year when the UCL faculty and staff cannot come together physically, we offer these recipes from you as a way to bridge the distance between us. Please enjoy, take, make and share back thoughts and pictures of the dishes you make.
