Sausage Balls

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. Tennessee Pride Hot Country Sausage
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Bisquick

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Mix all ingredients
  3. Form mixture into balls using a tablespoon or small ice cream scoop and place them about 1 inch apart on a non-stick cooking pan
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is slightly brown
